Helping people deal with barriers to employment

September 14 - October 9, 2026
November 16 - December 11, 2026

Under this program, you would attend four weeks of readiness training together with a small group of fellow participants. After you complete that, you would be placed into an twelve week paid job placement.

This program is open to anyone who self- identifies as Indigenous and as having a disability. Groups run out of the Thunder Bay Nokiiwin office. During the training and job placements, you'll have access to funding for childcare, transporation, and a wide variety of other supports to make sure you succeed.
