Native Inmate Liaison Officer

The Native Inmate Liaison Officer (NILO) program is located at both the Thunder Bay Correctional Centre and the Thunder Bay District Jail. Nilo's assist inmates serving terms of imprisonment in their successful reintegration into the community by providing culturally relevant programs, services and activities aimed at promoting Indigenous Healing and Wellness with a focus on positive personal growth.
